As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker registered with Medicare I bring 15 years experience in mental health and trauma for adults and children. I have worked with people struggling with many challenges and experiences.

I am a qualified social worker (Ba Social Work 1st class honours at RMIT) with a Graduate Certificate in Experiential Creative Arts Practice and a Masters of Art Therapy from MIECAT Institute. I am also a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers and hold a Working With Children Check.

I draw upon all of these learned skills and couple them with my own skills in connecting and communicating. To therapeutic sessions I bring warmth, creativity, openness and patience. Together we will explore your experiences past, present and hopes for the future. We can identify barriers, challenges and/or traumas and find healing, meaning and joy in life.

  • Anxiety, Depression and Suicidal Thoughts

  • Self esteem

  • Mental Illness

  • Grief and Loss
